Summary

Saturday Swing (01/21) and Sunday Owl (01/22).

Both shift were very productive and fortunately uneventful. We were taking production data at stable 40 uA and doing NMR Measurements.

Sunday Day (01/22)

Shift started with unstable beam. MCC could not continue on delivering 40 uA, so we were getting 30 uA starting from the beginning of the shift. After the current reduction the beam was stable again.

The was 2 hours without beam in the middle of the shift. At 13:30 a quick beam checkout was performed and we went back to production (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4114985).

There was also a DAQ issue at the end of the shift, which was fixed by Alex (see https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4115079 and https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4115096).

Other than that, we were smoothly taking production data at 30 uA the whole shift.

Run plan

• Continue production on pol He3 cell at maximum possible current (with the desired current of 40 uA).
