In short summary, Polarization for Cell Hunter finished, ready for production run

After Hall closed up, Gordon and Hunter performed an initial target test with target cell Hunter. One NMR measurement for Polarization from the OWL shift is around 36.7% (rough). NMR every 2 hours?
