RC Meeting Information
Current RC: Jiwan Poudel
RC Daily Meetings on Mondays and Wednesday are at 1:00PM, and Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 1:30PM, via Zoom and in person in the counting house meeting room (2nd floor).

Hall-A
Completed Work (during Configuration Change)
- SBS and HCAL to kin#3 position
- Work on ECAL heating/cooling system completed
- Target cooled, and TO on shift
Work to be Completed
- Beam line / corrector#1 fixing bracket
- SBS lead wall reinstallation
- ECAL movement to kin#3 position (after fixing corrector braces as it need space to work and for scissor lift)
- SBS stability test by Ellen (1 hr if everything goes well, can be done on restricted/controlled access)
- Complete Checklist before closing the hall

Run plan when MCC is ready to send beam back
- Follow beam restoration procedure to the Hall
- Start with 5 uA proceed to 20 uA

Beam Restoration Procedure
- Use new "cross target" (1x1 mm "+" shape) for beam restoration as described in https://sbs.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/HOW_TOs#Beam_Recovery_Procedure_for_GEp
Beam requirements
- start off at 5 pass beam
- intrinsic beam size (at target): 150–500 µm
- raster size: 2 mm X 2 mm
- During kin#3 SBS magnet will be at 1762.23 Amp (from Bogdan, some modification from what was sent to MCC)
- corrector magnet setting for each pass passed to Yves Roblin
- production run @ 20 µA for now
