Current Status
On the accelerator side:
--> Jay may have found a magnet off design which would explain some beam transport issues the accelerator has seen. For instance, when MCC was tuning the beam to the Hall A dumplette at the end of last week they found that despite their best efforts, the Hall A beam was 5 times larger. So once Hall A is ready for beam there will be some tuning of the machine (maybe up to a shift worth of work) to make the beam pretty for all 3 halls.
On the Hall side:
--> Dave Meekins and his group started the work to replace the target cryo return line this morning. If their works goes well, we should be able to sweep the hall later today and put Hall A in controlled access. Dave Meekins will start cooling down the target early tomorrow morning.
--> Hall A will be in controlled-access-only overnight. Lawrence will do one last pre-beam walkthrough once Dave is done with the target work tomorrow. Only then the SBS and BB PSs can be turned on from the hall and we can then request to bring Hall A to beam permit.

Planned Accesses to the Hall
- Tomorrow Dave Meekins will need access to cool down the target. If other people do need access, please check with the work coordinator and the RC first.
