Checklist for Mass Replay

1. Calibrations
   1. HCal Timing - Gary
      1. Needs to be done for GEN3 and GEN4. Someone other than Gary could do this if needed.
   2. HCal Energy - Vimukthi
      1. In a good state, but more investigation into GEN4 validation could be done.
   3. Hodoscope - Gary
      1. Same as HCal timing
   4. BBCal Timing - Kate
      1. Ready to go but needs proper hodoscope times to align to.
   5. GRINCH - Jack
      1. Can be done in a few days.
   6. GEMs - Vimukthi
      1. Should be ready, but GEN4b needs to be double checked.
2. Make sure replay has all the branches we need.
   1. Include SBS GEMs, HCal clusters, Hodo, etc

Desired Talks for Future Meetings

1. Optics for GEn-II (Holly Szumila-Vance)
2. Live time calculations and DAQ efficiency corrections (Alexandre Camsonne)
